- Well water: This home has a dedicated well that supplies irrigation water and potable water. The water filtrations system is located in the garage and the water quality is excellent. The well water must be tested prior to closing and we are scheduling that now.
- The well is located by the fence and the rock wall in the back of the home directly behind the garage.
- The Septic system has been pumped but not inspected yet. That is happening this next week.
- Workshop is electrically plumbed and there is a electrical panel dedicated for that building. HOWEVER, it is not hooked up to electricity yet. There is a dedicated electrical feed that goes from the crawl space to the outside and a trench needs to be dug from the main house to the workshop.
